Who can take part in the competition?

Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to take part in the competition. Employees, cooperation partners, relatives of such employees and their relatives as well as participation with falsified identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted.

You can enter our competition by commenting on Facebook or Instagram under the post why you want to be involved and tagging at least one person who you think could also benefit from Yin Yoga.

The competition starts on November 22, 2023 and ends on November 26, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.

Our prizes and how we notify the winner

All eligible participants will be entered into a draw to win a place on the Yin Yoga basic module on 28. and November 29, 2023. The winner will be notified via the comment function on November 26, 2023. The prize cannot be paid out, nor can it be exchanged. Only one prize will be distributed per person.

Disclaimer and exclusion from the competition

As the organizer, we assume no liability for the activities related to our competition post. The participants release the organizer from any liability that may arise from posts / comments / pictures / private messages of any kind.

If you violate these conditions of participation, we are entitled to exclude you from participation.

This applies in particular if you make false statements or violate applicable law or the rights of third parties with your comment. The same applies to comments that could be seen as glorifying violence, offensive, harassing or degrading or that offend social decency in any other way. If you have been drawn as a winner, we can refuse you the prize.

Changes to the competition and early termination

We reserve the right to terminate the competition prematurely in whole or in part at any time, even without notice, or to change the course of the competition if it is not possible for technical or legal reasons to guarantee the proper conduct of the competition.

Privacy

We process your personal data to carry out the competition, including to determine whether you are eligible to participate, and to determine and notify the winners by e-mail.

Legal basis of the processing

The data processing serves the sole purpose of carrying out the competition. The legal basis for the processing of personal data to fulfill this obligation is therefore Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The legal basis for processing the e-mail address or Facebook account to notify the winner is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) the EU GDPR. Without your consent, we will not be able to notify you as the winner and would therefore have to draw the prize again.
Your data collected by us will not be passed on to third parties.
After the end of the competition, your data processed as part of the competition will be deleted within 10 days.

Your rights as a data subject

Since we process “YOUR” data as shown, you are also entitled to corresponding rights vis-à-vis us, unless these are restricted or excluded by law. These are in particular the rights listed below:

• To request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require proof from you that you are the person you claim to be,
• in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us
• in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, – in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
• in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller
• pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR to revoke any consent given to us at any time. However, this revocation only relates to future data processing. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on this legal basis,
• to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or that of our company. The supervisory authority responsible for data protection for our company is: Helga Block/https://www.ldi.nrw.de.

Final provisions

Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the organizer. Contact details can be found in the legal notice section of the Facebook page or the website. The operator’s competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
