Sometimes there is simply no room to roll out a yoga mat. Stefanie Arend shows how, with a little improvisation, the well-known and familiar yoga exercises from everyday practice can still be performed. Things that can probably be found in every household or hotel room are used as aids: Couch or chair, table, door handle, door frame, towel rail or the belt of a bathrobe. You don’t need a yoga mat, blocks, yoga straps or rollers for this exercise practice and can therefore start anywhere and at any time. The exercises are easy to do and help to restore balance to the body or get back in touch with yourself after an eventful day. It doesn’t always have to be an hour and a half practice, you can simply do something good for your body and yourself for a few minutes in between.
